Dr. Bux MBChB PGDipMgt(Natal)
Dr. Tharique Bux is a graduate of the University Of Natal (now Nelson Mandela) Medical School. He has been in private practice since 1991 and currently practises integrative medicine at the Health Extension Clinic, in Johannesburg. He is a fellow of the South African Academy of Anti-Aging and Integrative Medicine and believes in treating patients holistically. His special interest is in hormone balancing and stress management, focusing on lifestyle change and nutriceutical (naturally derived) supplementation in the treatment and prevention of disease.

Eudisha Balikaran Bhimsan – Colon Hydrotherapist and Natural Health Practitioner
Eudisha has been practising colon hydrotherapy for over 3 years and has also trained & worked at Colon Care South Africa, where she had undergone training with Jane Boyle. Eudisha under-studied Ramesh Ramkumar, a natural health practitioner and local author of the book "Being Human." Eudisha has also completed a THASA (The Healing Association of South Africa) accredited Course on Nutritional Consultancy. She has also completed courses on various massage therapies including aromatherapy, Indian Head & Hot Stone as well as Reiki with Master Kasthurie Gounden.
In 2010 Eudisha qualified as an internationally certified, G-PACT colon hydrotherapist (Global Professional Association for Colon Hydrotherapists)
Candice Helena – Yoga and Meditation Instructor
Candice received her 200-hour Indiyoga certification at Haum of Yoga in 2011 and has attended training in Samahita, Thailand as well as Sivanada Teacher training at Yoga Connection. She has opened the Haum of Yoga in Pretoria where she now does the majority of her practice.

Kerri-lee Nel – Clinical Nutritionist and Fitness Coach
Kerri’s formal education includes a BA sport psychology degree, BA Sport science (honours) degree, Personal Fitness trainer diploma and a Clinical Nutrition (UK) diploma. Kerri has been a personal trainer, group instructor and wellness coach for 12 years. She also incorporates her vast international experience (UK and USA) and latest trends and research into her lectures and workshops.
Varsha Ramesar – Life Coach
Varsha’s journey as a coach began five years ago when she discovered her purpose in working with individuals and organizations to enable them to recognize and live into their potential. In practice, this is achieved through the raising of the self-awareness of the individual client, supporting them to increase the breadth and adaptability of their styles and behaviour, to gain in self-confidence and resilience and discover more effective and sustainable ways of achieving their goals. This is accomplished using a host of models and tools, which are underpinned by an integral approach to coaching.
Jennifer has had more than 20 years' Yoga training in the Iyengar tradition, her teachers include Barbara de Jong, Joyce Stuart (Padma) and Stephanie Alexander. She has also attended intensive courses with visiting international teachers. She tempers the rigour of the Iyengar method with the incorporation of her knowledge of Kinesiology and Energy Medicine. Participants will experience a gentle, soothing and refreshing blend of Yoga postures, breathing and concentration leading to meditation.
Tasha Saha – Yoga and Meditation Instructor
Tasha has been practicing yoga for over 10 years in the Hatha style and is a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher, having undergone a thorough training with the Young Yoga Institute in South Africa and the Ananda Vedanta Yoga Ashram in Northern India. By continuing to attend Yoga workshops and residential retreats she keeps up with evolving teaching techniques. Tasha has been meditating for over 5 years and has trained in the Shambala lineage (Tibetan Buddhist) under Jennifer Woodhull.
Mandy Crooks – Yoga and meditation Instructor
Mandy has practised Yoga for over 20 years. Before entering into the Iyengar teacher training, she was taught by Barbara De Jong and Joyce Stuart (Padma) two of the founding Iyengar teachers in South Africa. She qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher with the Ramamani Institute in Pune, India, after a rigourous three year training.
She has been teaching yoga for the last seven years and since qualifying continues to attend intensive workshops with senior teachers travelling to South Africa from all over the world.
Elliot Ndlovu – Traditional Healer and Herbalist
Traditional African Healer Dr Elliot Ndlovu, Inyanga (medicinal healer) and Sangoma (spiritual healer) gives the wisdom and healing powers of Africa. He is a promoter of “Ubuntu."
