Charles Wilkins – Life, Wellness and Executive Coach

Charles has 7 years of coaching experience which comprises coaching Senior Managers and Executives in South Africa, Middle East, Europe and America and includes both individual and high-performance team coaching.

He is a Practitioner Member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa). He has completed a Certificate in Coaching Practice through Middlesex University, UK and the INLPTA Certificate Course in the Fundamentals Neuro-linguistic Programming.

His academic qualifications include an MSc in Geology, B.Com (Hons) in Business Economics, APICS studies in Supply Chain Management and he is currently studying a B.A majoring in Psychology. 



Dr. Pridgeon – Medical Advisor

John Pridgeon qualified as an allopathic medical doctor from Cape Town University in 1981. He has been a GP in private practice since 1988 in Zimbabwe, Canada, Botswana and South Africa. John’s special interest is anti-aging medicine, and in making people well by natural means, specifically by treating the cause. He is a keen proponent of therapies such as natural hormonal supplementation, chelation and bio-oxidation therapy.

John’s medical paradigm is: “the sure and complete belief that it is so much better to cure by managing the cause of any disease, than it is to just treat its symptoms.


Kerri-lee Nel – Clinical Nutritionist and Fitness Coach

Kerri’s formal education includes a BA sport psychology degree, BA Sport science (honours) degree, Personal Fitness trainer diploma and a Clinical Nutrition (UK) diploma. Kerri has been a personal trainer, group instructor and wellness coach for 12 years. She also incorporates her vast international experience (UK and USA) and latest trends and research into her lectures and workshops.



Tracy Weresczuk – Personal Trainer

Tracy  worked at Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Hospital in Melbourne for 2 years mainly in the orthopaedic and amputee units. She has been a personal trainer for over 4 years specialising in body assessments, weight-loss and fitness training. Tracy’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Human Movement) majoring in Sports Rehabilitation from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She also has as a St Johns First Aid certificate and Sports Trainer Certificate.



 Tasha Saha – Yoga and Meditation Instructor

Tasha has been practicing yoga for over 10 years in the Hatha style. She trained as an instructor for 18 months with the Young Yoga Institute (South Africa). By continuing to attend Yoga workshops and residential retreats she keeps up with evolving teaching techniques, and in September 2010 Tasha will be travelling to the Ananda Vedanta Ashram in Northern India for a month to train and achieve an internationally recognised qualification.

Tasha has been meditating for over 5 years and has trained in the Shambala lineage (Tibetan Buddhist) under Jennifer Woodhull.

Mandy Crooks – Yoga and meditation Instructor

Mandy has practised Yoga for over 20 years. Before entering into the Iyengar teacher training, she was taught by Barbara De Jong and Joyce Stuart (Padma) two of the founding Iyengar teachers in South Africa. She qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher with the Ramamani Institute in Pune, India, after a rigourous three year training.

She has been teaching yoga for the last seven years and since qualifying continues to attend intensive workshops with senior teachers travelling to South Africa from all over the world.



Eudisha Balikaran Bhimsan – Colon Hydrotherapist and Natural Health Practitioner

Eudisha has been practising colon hydrotherapy for over 3 years and has also trained & worked at Colon Care South Africa, where she had undergone training with Jane Boyle. Eudisha under-studied Ramesh Ramkumar,  a natural health practitioner and local author of the book "Being Human." Eudisha has also completed a THASA (The Healing Association of South Africa) accredited Course on Nutritional Consultancy. She has also completed courses on various massage therapies including aromatherapy, Indian Head & Hot Stone as well as Reiki with Master Kasthurie Gounden.

In 2010 Eudisha qualified as an internationally certified, G-PACT colon hydrotherapist (Global Professional Association for Colon Hydrotherapists)



 Elliot Ndlovu – Traditional Healer and Herbalist

Traditional African Healer Dr Elliot Ndlovu, Inyanga (medicinal healer) and Sangoma (spiritual healer) gives the wisdom and healing powers of Africa. He is a promoter of “Ubuntu."
